To make a difference you need to have visions, make decisions, and have the courage and start acting! We have helped organisations develop their businesses in various fields and branch of trade with lectures, workshops and webbcourses. Here you can see some of the companies we have worked with: 

• The LFV Group - operates and develop State-owned civil aviation airports. The Group is also responsible for peacetime air navigation services for civilian and military aviation. The LFV Group is a state enterprise employing over 4,000 people and with an annual revenue of approx. SEK 6 Billion.

• The Swedish Exhibition Centre - a exhibition and meetingplace. Each year around 30 exhibitions and hundreds of conferences and other events are held at The Swedish Exhibition Centre for 7,000 exhibitors and around one million visitors from all over the world.

• SkiStar Åre - Åre village is one of the major skiresorts in Sweden with genuine Alpine atmosphere.

• Various companies within the tourismfield, hotels, cruiselines, touristdestinations.

• Municipalities in Sweden. One example is Säffle kommun, "A modern idyll with plenty of space for an enjoyable and varied way of life". Säffle have 1 400 people employed and an annual revenue of aprox. SEK 1 Billion. 

• Hospitals and healthcompanies. One example is Capio S:t Görans Hospital is an emergency hospital for adult patients. The hospital has 63 000 patients at their A&E ward, one of the largest emergency hospitals in Sweden.

• Retail Trade. One example is Konsum Nord which is a cooperation of 80 units. Konsum Nord works with 1 500 employees and an annual revenue of approx SEK 4 Billion.

We assume assignments from businesses wishing to improve marketability and profitability organizations and places through a strengthened Hostmanship and A Servant Leadership. Together we survey the scene and define what you want to attain by focusing on developing Hostmanship. Starting here, you will be able to intergrate Hostmanship via inspirational books, lectures, courses and/or workshops

We also propose ways to integrate Hostmanship into the education of the hosts och leaders of tomorrow.
